Drug combination: Asolfena & Lanzul & Tanyz & Gopten
Drug InteractionTanyz & Gopten
The risk or severity of adverse effects can be increased when Tamsulosin is combined with Trandolapril.
Food interactions and other recommendationsLanzul: Avoid alcohol. Food reduces bioavailabilty, but this has very little clinical impact. Take 30-60 minutes before meals.
Tanyz: Take 30 minutes after a meal (always after the same meal). Taking the drug with food minimizes plasma levels variations.
Gopten: Herbs that may attenuate the antihypertensive effect of trandolapril include: bayberry, blue cohash, cayenne, ephedra, ginger, ginseng (American), kola and licorice. High salt intake may attenuate the antihypertensive effect of trandolapril. Take without regard to meals. Trandolapril may decrease the excretion of potassium. Salt substitutes containing potassium may increase the risk of hyperkalemia.
