Cordarone: Grapefruit and grapefruit juice should be avoided throughout treatment. Grapefruit can significantly increase serum levels of this product. Take without regard to meals. Glimepirid sandoz: Avoid alcohol. Even though food reduces product absorption, the manufacturer recommends taking the product with the first meal of the day.
